People can take pictures with the big wings. When I saw my brother have his picture taken, I felt happy for him. I really love my brother and seeing him makes me feel happy.

In my picture are my stuffed animals. They are “participating” to complete the puzzle. Together they are working on one puzzle. They are also helping each other and thinking of which piece of puzzle goes where. Even in my imagination participation is possible.

Participation is about being a part of something. The unique thing about participation is that everyone does it. In my opinion one of the most beautiful things is the simplicity of participation. People participate in their every day lives, just going on the way they do. That is what this photo represents. When I was taking pictures in Union Station, I was able to capture people doing their normal everyday routine, just participating in their own lives. In my eyes, that is the most true and honest form of participation.
