What role will this robot have? It could be a babysitter, a driver, a soldier, or a chef. Merely another example of the human drive to develop shortcuts and solutions to life’s difficulties, the robot’s only limit is our lack of innovation.

The innovation I chose was the Palm Springs Aerial Tram because I saw how amazing it was when I rode it during Christmas break. The tram is the biggest 360 degree rotating aerial tram in the world. The innovative design can carry up to 80 people and has a rotating floor inside that lets everybody see all of the views, like Mount San Jacinto and the Coachella Valley. The tram travels about 2.5 miles from the bottom to the top station in about 10 minutes. There are 5 towers that we passed through during the ride that caused the tram to dip, which made it seem like we were on a roller coaster. It was exciting to be on such an innovative ride!

This photo was taken at the Getty Villa, a historic museum that utilized ancient architectural designs, such as the Corinthian Columns to design the entirety of this mansion/villa, personally owned by a rich Greek individual. Furthermore, this photo is related to "innovation" because it shows the architectural innovation and masterpiece that was utilized to create this villa and convert it into a museum for historical, Greek, Roman, and Egyptian artifacts. Almost everything in this villa is designed under ancient architectural designs, patterns, and materials. Many plants, mostly prevalent in Greek society back then, are also used in the architectural designs of this villa, thus representing the antiquity and the innovative experience that we experienced while there.

Throughout time, humans have lived on earth - for millions of years now. We have continued to advance and proceed with innovation. However, have these advancements gone too far? Artificial sunlight? Chemicals in our food? A.I.? These things are certainly useful for our everyday lives, but will they be so useful in the future?
Society keeps thinking more about being the best and making our life easier that we often forget about the thing that led us there in the first place: nature. We have used innovation to fix the most complex problems that we forgot how to fix one problem. Now we have to use innovation to fix the simplest problem; that is what real innovation is.

With every new design to an existing item, it gets more complicated. From something so simple as the wheel, it will forever get complicated as time progresses.

This photo illustrates the fine line that separates civilization from pure nature. The image shows mountains in the background with the main focus being cars in motion. This image demonstrates the balance between development and pure nature. This is because while the main focus of the image are the cars driving by, there are clear mountains in the background and trees everywhere.

I went to the Natural History Museum and they have a Bee Center for bees to rest. This is a picture of the Bee Center. It is innovative because they had to think about a new way to help the bees that did not exist before. This is very important because the bees are important.

I think it's an innovation because the Black Bird is one of the fastest fighter jets in the world and still is. Innovation doesn't have to be something new. It can be something old.

When I took this photo, I was on a family walk to the park. The blue in the bird was so bright I had to take a photo. I was amazed how blue the bird was. When I think of birds I think of flying. Then I thought that birds made humans to have the great idea to create airplanes. It’s amazing how birds gave us humans the idea to create an airplane. Now we have an amazing way to travel the world because of birds!

While walking along the dark streets of San Francisco, I was in front of intricate statues and came across a rather odd one. As I went under it, I saw the most beautiful design using humble pieces such as boards and nails. This mesmerizing structure made me feel as if I had escaped the world I was in at the time. After chaotic incidents such as COVID-19, the Russian-Ukrainian War, and more, it seems as if the world is spiraling downward. However, the escape that this structure offered me gave me motivation and the will to face the world today.
