This photo was taken in April of 2023, right below the Mendocino mountains on a cool spring evening. This photograph was taken on a chilly walk in the foothills while exploring our beloved mother nature, and taking in the cool spring air.

Anytime you leave the house, you go on an adventure. You may not think of it, but even walking your dog, walking to school, and riding a bus daily are all adventures. Adventures outside are amazing experiences every time, such as hiking. This is a great way to explore nature and go places you might not originally think of when you wake up. Going on this hike was unusual, as we had to cross the stream many times, which made my shoes very wet by the end of the walk. Even though it wasn't the easiest trip, the adventure that came from it will not be forgotten.

The photo was taken at a ski resort where my dad and I were skiing when the clouds rolled in on us. It made seeing the differences in the snow hard to spot. Not only did the clouds make the trails a different kind of adventure, but being on the mountain was an adventure in itself.

This is a photo of a tree that caught my eye as I was exploring Hedge Creek Falls for the very first time in many years with my boyfriend. It was his first time coming up north, so I wanted to get out of the house and show him around. No matter what I do, or where I go it's always an adventure with my boyfriend. We ended up taking short cuts and I was really slow, but at the end of all the stress our adventure was not over. We had to climb back up all the shortcuts. On my way back to safety, I saw this beautiful tree that got my attention. I will always remember my adventure when I see this tree.

This photo was taken in historic uptown Whittier. My mother went here as a kid and now we get to go together. We walk up and down the street to the many stores, and my mom tells me about how my grandma and papa took her here and to the same movie theatre. This has been an adventure that we like to do together.

I took this photo from my airplane window while I was heading back from my trip. My photo relates to the theme “Adventure” because the photo shows my adventure from Singapore to my home. Another reason why my photo shows adventure is because I traveled to my parents hometown and I had a really exciting experience traveling outside the country.

This photo was taken in during the calm before the storm in the San Fransisco Bay. After doing some research, the Golden Gate Bridge symbolizes the spirit of American determination. Amazingly, I was able to capture a photo of a man with his surfboard calmly walking into the waters. A person who didn't let the harsh weather conditions halt his adventure.
