My family hikes most weekends and every time we explore a new place. We have visited many famous places around the city. My brother is always the trailblazer and runs to the top of the hill if that means he is in first. Even though it is winter, we still wear shorts due to the hot weather that exists in California. My mom is always planning new hikes for us to go on even when we are exhausted and unwilling to go on hikes. I took this photo because my brother is investigating the trail to make sure that there is no wildlife such as snakes or bobcats.
