"We Don't Call 911" because we shouldn't have to. As members of this wonderful but imperfect society, we all should do what we can to avoid having to call 911. This city is not just for us, it is for everyone willing to come here and for the children in the future. We should do ourselves and those people a favor by making this community safe. This photo was taken while my class took a walking tour of the city. We were required to take photos for this particular contest. The photo and caption ties to the investigation theme because I stated what "We Don't Call 911" meant to me and our city.
