2025 Digital Photography Contest Submission Form

Please fully complete each required area below. It is suggested that you complete the required areas in a word-processed document, then copy and paste the information. All Entry Forms must be submitted electronically via this application. Incomplete entry forms may be disqualified.

Photographer should write a brief essay or expanded caption that helps give context to the photo and tie it to the theme. Responses from the youngest learners (K, 1, 2) may be dictated by the student to the teacher. Please make sure NOT to include anything that will identify the photographer or school.

  • Describe how your photograph relates to this year's contest theme, "Joy".
