Luck is simply a flick of the dice, you don't know where it will land. In your favor, or against you. And isn't that just the spirit of adventure? You never know where you'll land but no matter what it will be one hell of a adventure.

The setting sun with a soft orange glow, falling off my bike when I attempt a trick I definitely cannot do. Most of all, adventure is about how I spend time with my friends. You can make an adventure out of anything if you do it with the right people.

I was doing yard work getting ready to go to the mall and I looked towards the mountains as I was leaving. My first instinct was to grab my ladder and hop on top of my roof to get the best angle from where I was. That was an adventure in itself. Although I was incredibly far away from the mountain I feel like I captured most of the beauty of it within the confines of my limited view space.

I think this represents adventure because this was my first time exploring the snow. I got to explore areas around which was the forest and a frozen lake. I also got to do classic snow actives such as making a snowman and going sledding for the first time.

Dogs are curious animals that are super hyper; this one is no different. Being that he has the freedom to run around Kings River with his owner, he doesn’t waste a second speeding across the trees and grass. While I was photographing the water he jumped in and splashed around, and the lens captured that energy we love in animals.
