This photo was taken in Glamis Sand Dunes, California, an area known for giant sand dunes and miles of inhospitable desert. Historically this area created a natural barrier between California and Arizona because it could not be traversed by cars or trains. The photo features the specialized motorcycle tires that daring individuals use to traverse the the sand dunes, forging their adventure in the heat of the desert.

Adventures. They lead to many things—discoveries of places, feelings, and thoughts. A simple and pure form of an adventure is a bike trip with friends. This photo was taken on a hill overlooking a reservoir. Just a simple adventure like this can give you feelings of freedom and happiness. It can lead to personal discoveries or discoveries of the world and boost your mental and physical state. Trips with friends are one of the ways you'll experience the feeling of adventure at its fullest.

Trips with friends are one of the ways you'll experience the feeling of adventure at its fullest.
The photo was taken in my school's TV/Film room. The photograph relates to the theme of "adventure" because love is always an adventure. Love has its own twists and turns. You are consistently learning and exploring life with your partner. You will go through life together experiencing the highs and lows, continuously making the choice and effort to stay and achieve together, and it makes life all much more beautiful and adventurous.
Twists and Turns
The photo was taken in my school's TV/Film room. The photograph relates to the theme of "adventure" because love is always an adventure. Love has its own twists and turns. You are consistently learning and exploring life with your partner. You will go through life together experiencing the highs and lows, continuously making the choice and effort to stay and achieve together, and it makes life all much more beautiful and adventurous.
Adventure is an amalgam of things, interactions, and emotions. An emotion present in most, if not all, adventures is uncertainty. When only the body is present on the tracks, any sort of positioning instrumentation stripped away, uncertainty is inevitable. There is no way of telling where the closest train is, and that is a thought that only breeds unease. That thought, however, and its nature of discomfort, can be tied directly to adventure because of one of adventure’s core components; uncertainty.
Uncertainty Underfoot
Adventure is an amalgam of things, interactions, and emotions. An emotion present in most, if not all, adventures is uncertainty. When only the body is present on the tracks, any sort of positioning instrumentation stripped away, uncertainty is inevitable. There is no way of telling where the closest train is, and that is a thought that only breeds unease. That thought, however, and its nature of discomfort, can be tied directly to adventure because of one of adventure’s core components; uncertainty.
The photo was taken with my friend Tatum posing and me waiting for a car or motorcycle to pass by. We are on the sidewalk by my school. This photo shows the desire for adventure, the hopeful feeling of standing on the side and watching adventure pass you by. Venturing Into the Unknown

I took this image at my uncle's farm in Virginia where he has a lot of open land for his two horses to explore. Even though I was just outside his house, I felt like I was going on an adventure whenever I went outside to spend time with the horses because of the openness of the land and the brightness of the green grass. It made me feel so far away from the loud cities I am used to, and I wanted to capture the freeing and peaceful feelings that I experienced exploring the beautiful environment under the bright sun with the horses.

It made me feel so far away from the loud cities I am used to, and I wanted to capture the freeing and peaceful feelings that I experienced exploring the beautiful environment under the bright sun with the horses.

It was low tide and the waves gently rolled onto the seagull’s feet. The seagull was hesitant about the soft call he heard from the ocean and looked to the side, uncertain.
I have always been mystified of sea adventures on a dangerous ship with crashing waves along its bow or cruising along calm waters with peaceful sunsets. My ancestors were fishermen and farmers, so I hear the call of the ocean. In this picture, like the seagull, I have two feet planted on solid ground waiting and calculating my next steps as a student trying to navigate through middle school. There are many possibilities to choose from life; and yet, the pressure of the rolling waves represents the pressure to succeed and choose who I want to be. I know life will be an adventure and I need to muster enough courage to pursue my passion to succeed.
