A student is raising his hand to ask the teacher a question. It was taken in class during a lecture, and depicts the student actively participating in the lesson.
This photo was taken a few days before wrestling season started where we have "wrestle-offs." This is an opportunity for new wrestlers to wrestle the varsity for their spots in the starting line up. As we can see, this becomes a very emotional moment for many people involved, not just the participants. This is because you want either your friend or training partner to beat the pretentious freshman or incumbent senior. In this picture we can see multiple senior members of the team give advice to a freshmen on how to escape from a precarious situation, but ultimately it will come down to the wrestlers to take this advice and beat their opponent. Others can only participate so much.
Quick Advice

The word is participate. Participate means to take part in something or to share in something. You participate in many things during the day. You go to school or work and participate in doing things. For example, say you're at school and you're playing a sport in P.E. You are participating in playing that sport. Or say you’re at work and you are participating in your job that you have to do. There are so many more things that you can participate in during a day.

Some people choose to sit on the sidelines and watch. Some people choose to participate. This picture was taken earlier this year at a concert given by Rock and Roll Legends, KISS! The two guys in front of me, were having the time of their lives, and wholehearted gave as strong of a performance as Paul Stanley! To me, the shoe shows the biggest part of participation. It was not supposed to be in my photograph, but it made a big contribution.

To me, the shoe shows the biggest part of participation. It was not supposed to be in my photograph, but it made a big contribution.
It is a painting I did for my 20/20 project. It is about a girl who got turned into an apple humanoid by a fancy lady. Her human limbs fell off and she came across many different creatures (duck, poodle, and an alpacas). She also came across strange folk with fruit heads but as a fashion statement, and a boy who loved to eat. The boy looked at her as if she was a full meal, she was an apple after all. Finally she met a boy who had also been turned into a food item, however he was a mushroom. At the end of her journey, to fix this problem, she reflects on all the characters and creatures she met.

This photo was taken on a field trip at the Canon facility, it was during our lunch break, and I decided to take a quick photo of my friend through the window. Throughout this field trip we had to volunteer ourselves sometimes as a model and listen to the photographer ,and that's exactly what happened here, I knocked on the window and told my friend to prepare himself for a photo so he put his food down and gave a gloomy glare. I wish I didn't capture as much glare as I did but as a amature photographer I believe it's a great photo all together.

Over the summer I went to South Africa. On the safaris, we saw lots of different animals such as elephants, lions, and giraffes. But the most impressive animal was the rhinoceros. As their populations rapidly decline due to poaching, being able to see a family was incredible. By visiting the park, the proceeds went to maintaining the preserve as well as stopping poachers. Traveling to Africa allowed me to participate in the preservation of the species.
