A building can transform into an adventure easily if you’re willing to explore and be curious. Each corner, corridor, and staircase have their own mysteries and stories to tell. From the moment you start building it to the moment you step inside, it can hold unique experiences. Every structure tells a story, from modern day skyscrapers to ancient castles. The building has everything you need for an adventure, including twists, turns, surprising encounters, and breathtaking views, but only if you are willing to look hard enough.

Dogs, dogs in general just sleep, take walks, and eat. They don't go anywhere; it's never an adventure for them except for my dog. My dog goes everywhere: camping, hiking, and wherever my mom goes. He travels around a lot as a family. It is always an adventure for my dog when we're going somewhere new or when we're going rock climbing like in this photo.

This was taken when my mom picked me up from school. Anytime my dog gets out of the house it's like a little adventure for him. Since he doesn't know where he's going but is just happy to be there.

Every car in this photo has its own adventure. Whether it’s going home after a long day of work, picking up your child from daycare, or going to a new hotpot restaurant that recently opened. A car trip is always an adventure to something that doesn’t have to be exciting.
The rain represents the struggles of a journey and how every adventure isn’t some smooth sailing ship.

This photo was taken at a track event. This photograph relates to the theme "adventure" just for the fact that you can see the scene unfolding, the lead runner enjoying his first place lead, but the trailing runner catching up with a determined face, deep in thought and concentration.

My friend and I were taking pictures on a trail behind Palm Crest Elementary and I captured this shot of her taking a picture of the city from our view. I felt this related to the theme "Adventure" due to the setting and context being on a trail, hiking up through the mountains. I feel the qualities and attributes of the photo represent the theme, "Adventure" with the wind blowing through her hair, the darkness, the stormy clouds, the sunset and sky, and desert-like plants framing the bottom portion of the shot.

This photo was taken in Ensenada, Mexico where we visited the home of our close family members. While exploring Mexico, we found a park and we decided to take a break and allow the kids to have fun. While photographing this image I was taken back by memory to my childhood and how I yearned to experience it all over again. The simple things like finding a weird bug to having mud fights are the adventures that my younger self experienced. I felt like I captured these siblings exploring and showing that their adventure comes in many forms. Although these siblings may grow up and won't remember this moment at their current age as an important matter, they will have memories that will help take an adventure back to their childhood.

The sunny days draw closer. My parents' hard work paid off. I get to dream bigger. This reminds me of my childhood memories where my parents would work for my education, in turn for me to focus more on my studies. During this time, I produced my childhood dreams and imaginations. The field of weeds on the side of the freeway depicts freedom to move and be carefree.
Ever since I was young, I've always been hyperactive. My hobby and one of my favorite sports, running, feels to me like jogging through these weeds so that I can get to the top of the mountain ranges. I have set goals each time I climb up the stages of struggles. From the sunshine's warmth caressing my skin and the weeds pushing me to go far up the deep mountains of nature. The fenced up background symbolizes that I live secluded from how I was feeling back then in my childhood.
Now, I have to own up to expectations as a young adult and transition into being very responsible for myself, instead of my family. This isolation results in the loss of aspiration to come back to them because we "move on with our lives." Recently, I've been trying to get back to being carefree and healthily active. It's important because as I grow older, I will be experiencing sicknesses and taking careful measures.

Through the silhouettes we can see an example of a father and daughter, and two people in love. This picture represents the circle of life and the adventure it is.

My class went on a hike. We took turns using a digital camera. This was my favorite photo because it shows my friend smiling and having fun. I had a good time with my class.
