This is my submission. It is a picture of the hills very close to my house burning. This fire started around 1:30pm on September 1st and lasted about 10 days.1,061 firefighters worked at containing that fire. After I went home from being evacuated, I started to wonder how the fire started. Such a big fire had to be started by something awful. Surprisingly, it was started by a small campfire. After the fire, I investigated my backyard to find a lot of ash, burnt chips of wood, and etc. It was incredible to think that such a small thing destroyed so much land in such little time.
