This photo was taken on a drive to my grandma's future retirement home. The drive usually takes about two hours, and that is becoming routine for the family. Many weekends, we seem to take a trip there to help get my grandma situated. Looking at the ocean on the freeway is a comforting aspect to the long drive. It takes a lot of effort and determination to do this so often, but it's done out of love. It feels like it's a part of my duty to help my grandma by making her life easier, helping her when she needs it, and sometimes just having a simple conversation with her.
