While researching the definition of innovation, a strong theme for the word was "something new" or "invention", but it can also be a new way of doing something. People introduce change in business, technology, the arts, medicine, politics and even philosophy. How my image reflects innovation is we see our inventor looking into the face of the past, looking for the foundation of what works, but drawing from this history and mixing it with a new element to bring the same result, but in a more effective means! We keep enough to learn from the past to move forward with new innovative ideas.
