The photo relates to innovation by showing that though thinking outside the box can lead to something amazing, some people can still be stuck thinking inside the box, but just want to be able to get out. This photo represents someone still thinking inside, but wanting to have creativity and freedom.

The photo was a very easy edit, it did not take very long. I used a little bit of Photoshop magic to get this picture the way it is. This photo was not originally like this, this picture came to mind just out of nowhere, but I am very glad it did.
