For this year's theme “innovation” I focused on the sport of disc golf because disc design has evolved a lot since the start of the sport in the 1970s. For instance, disc design in the early days of the sport had blunt nosed slower flying discs and over time they evolved into fast distance drivers that can be thrown farther distances. I took this photo during my school’s art class,and I edited the photo in Procreate to have a color fade from the old disc with no color, to the new disc with vibrant colors to show development. Overall, this photo shows innovation and advancement within the sport of disc golf.
