Phenomena can be observed all around you, and the fidget spinner exemplifies the phenomena of multiple physics principles. The photo was taken when I was messing around with an old fidget spinner from years ago. Only then did I realize how fascinating its phenomena are. With a flick of the finger, energy is transferred to the outer bearing race of the fidget spinner and it is able to maintain relatively high rotational force thanks to the low friction of the ball bearing. The conservation of angular momentum then keeps its rotational velocity constant so the fidget spinner doesn't tilt. It's by constantly questioning of phenomena around do we acquire knowledge and advance as a society.
