The pandemic has affected a lot of people. Some people lost their jobs and others lossed loved ones. It also gave us a chance to get closer to others or find new skills. Last year, one of my friends got the chance to take a dance class. She was so excited to take the class, but unfortunately no one knew that Covid-19 would take a turn for the worse, which made all of us stay locked in for a year.
This year, when we went back to school in person, she finally got a chance to dance in person. Resilience means to recover or spring back into shape. Well, my friend is a demonstration that when things get worse, we just have to wait patiently until things get better and smile again.
