I took this photo on a rainy at night. This was my original idea but still had many more. This idea never left, I had it in the back of my head. So, when my photos I was taking weren’t working, I tried this one. It was the one that worked for me. This has to do with this year’s theme “Innovations” because it shows that those bright ideas can make a difference.
